C.A.R.E focuses on all 12 attributes of homecare: the Performance Improvement, Infection Prevention and Control, Employee Safety Home Visits, Emergency Preparedness, Preventing Caregiver Burnout, Client Fall Prevention, Home Safety for Patients with Dementia, Identifying and Reporting Abuse/ Neglect, Ethics in Healthcare, R.O.M, Patient Self Care for Bathing, Safe Transfers. These are all the cares of our clients and family members in which we lecture on every standard of care meeting because of such challenges in homecare. We incorporate every discipline in nursing aspects for individual procedures customized for our clients to enrich a therapeutic environment.
